This Privacy Policy explains why your personal data is processed when you use Tak Top, who it is shared with, and your choices regarding your data. The game includes Google AdMob advertising, in-app purchases through Apple, and online gameplay features using Game Center.

1. Information We Process

Gameplay and preferences stored on your device: Your level, points, language, appearance selections, and tutorial completion status are stored on your device. Online matchmaking processes your player identifier, display name, level, kit selection, and temporary match information. During a match, moves, scores, and connection status are transmitted to run the game. This version does not store a permanent player progression account on our servers.

Game Center: When you use online features, we process the player identifier, display name, and authentication information provided by Apple Game Center. This information is used to authenticate your sign-in, match you with opponents, and operate your online session. Your display name and in-match gameplay information may be shown to your opponent. We do not receive your Apple Account password.

Connection and security: When you connect to our servers, our infrastructure provider processes your IP address and the technical information needed to handle your request. Your IP address is used to limit excessive requests and abuse.

Advertising data: The Google AdMob SDK may process your IP address and the approximate location inferred from it, device- or app-related identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, and crash and performance information. This version does not request access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) or permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Details are available in Google's AdMob data disclosure.

Purchase information: Through Apple StoreKit, the app processes information such as the purchased product's identifier, transaction verification results, and ownership or revocation status to provide access to purchased content and restore purchases. Apple handles payment processing. We do not receive your credit card number or banking details.

Support communications: If you email us, we process your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily provide to respond to your request.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We use data to operate the game, run online matches, save progress, provide purchased content, serve and measure advertising, resolve errors, maintain security, and respond to support requests.

Depending on applicable law, the legal basis for processing is entering into or performing a contract to provide the gaming service you request; complying with legal obligations; establishing or protecting legal rights; legitimate interests in security and operating the service, provided these do not prejudice your fundamental rights; or your explicit consent where required. Using the game alone does not constitute consent to processing that requires consent.

3. AdMob Advertising and Your Choices

Tak Top serves interstitial and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Ad requests are configured as non-personalized, with publisher first-party identifiers disabled and a general-audience maximum ad content rating. Non-personalized ads may still process data for contextual ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

At launch, Google’s User Messaging Platform checks whether a privacy message is required for your region and displays the configured message when required. The advertising SDK starts and requests ads only when that platform permits ad requests. Where privacy choices are available, you can reopen them from Settings > Privacy & Support > Ad Privacy Choices. If loading privacy preferences fails, Settings provides a retry option. Changes to your choices invalidate previously loaded ads.

You can open this policy and report an inappropriate ad from Settings > Privacy & Support. Reports are sent only when you choose to send an email; they can include your description and the last displayed ad’s response identifier and display time. Purchasing and selecting an owned premium kit does not require watching an ad.

5. International Data Processing

Because we use Apple, Google, and Cloudflare services, your data may be processed on servers outside your country of residence. The transfer requirements of applicable law must be met.

Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Their published safeguards include standard contractual clauses where applicable: see Google’s transfer frameworks and Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum. The applicable safeguard depends on the service, destination, and governing law. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

6. Retention and Deletion

Progress and preferences remain in the app’s local storage until that data is removed. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app may preserve it. Device or cloud backups may remain separately under your backup settings. Deleting the app does not delete Game Center or purchase records held by Apple, or records held by Google.

Match rooms and matchmaking entries are temporary and scheduled for expiration after approximately 30 minutes; connections may end sooner. Our current game server does not maintain a permanent progression database or a separate progression backup. Infrastructure logs are retained as needed for service operation, diagnosis, and abuse prevention according to the provider’s configuration and applicable obligations. Support correspondence is retained while resolving your request and, where necessary, to meet legal obligations or address disputes, then deleted when no longer needed. Provider-managed backups and records follow the respective provider’s retention procedures; contact us for details relating to a specific request.

You can request deletion of your data using the contact details above. We may ask for the minimum information necessary to verify that the request comes from the account holder. Where retention is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, relevant records may be retained solely for those purposes. Records held by Apple and Google under their own responsibility are subject to their respective policies and legal obligations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to learn whether your data is being processed; request information or access; request correction of inaccurate data and deletion where the relevant conditions are met; object to processing; restrict processing; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. In Türkiye, you can use the contact details above to exercise your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw your consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before withdrawal. Requests are handled within the time limits set by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

Tak Top is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children. The age rating displayed on the App Store indicates the suitability of the game's content and may differ from the legal age of consent for processing personal data. Processing of children's data is subject to the additional protections required by applicable law and, where necessary, parental or legal guardian consent.

If a parent or legal guardian believes their child's data has been processed improperly, they may request a review and deletion using the contact details above.

9. Security

Technical measures such as encrypted connections, player authentication, and request rate limiting are used in communications with online services. However, no internet connection or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes and Contact

This policy may be updated when the game's features or data processing practices change. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice of significant changes and obtain any necessary consent.
